You will receive LAPS^® for Card transactions (except cash advances, balance transfers, and convenience check transactions) at the rate of 2 LAPS^® per dollar spent on Race Rewards^® Qualified Purchases (qualified purchases include any purchases made by calling 1-888-472-2849, through racetickets.com, 1-866-USE-LAPS and any other instances in which the International Speedway Race Rewards^® program is advertised to you) and you will receive 1 LAP for each dollar of other purchases.

Each 100 LAPS^®, with a minimum of 500 LAPS^®, can be redeemed for tickets or other special experiences through the International Speedway Race Rewards^® program as advertised to you. Availability of redemption items may be limited and restrictions may apply. Corporate hospitality cannot be purchased using LAPS^®.

LAPS^® may be accumulated and redeemed from qualified merchants designated by the International Speedway Race Rewards^® program at any time your account is open and in good standing. LAPS^® may not be redeemed for cash or used to make payments on your account. You will be billed for the dollar equivalent of any negative LAPS^® which may exist at the time your account is closed. The status of your LAPS^® will be summarized on each monthly statement and are available for redemption after your billing statement date.

We retain the right to terminate or change all or any part of the International Speedway Race Rewards^® program or the rewards available for redemptions at any time without prior notification. All offerings are subject to availability and restrictions may be substituted or discontinued at our discretion.

You release Motorsports International Corp. and World's Foremost Bank, together with their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding LAP redemptions and attendance at or use of the International Speedway Race Rewards^® program offerings. Redemption of LAPS^® is the obligation of Motorsports International Corp., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates. World's Foremost Bank, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates have no redemption obligation.
